When you think of global, multi-cultural leadership, Claudia comes to mind. Claudia’s native fluency in German, English, Dutch and the ability to work in a further three languages, was useful for her successful career in communications, media and political lobbying. She has seen first-hand how leaders in different cultures work and what great leadership looks like. “I deliver training and coaching in anything to do with leadership. Strategic thinking for senior managers through to leadership development for high potentials. How to communicate, what to communicate, how to develop the organisation, all of this is part of leadership.”
Claudia is passionate about working with women to become authentic, powerful, transformational, leaders. “There is a strong business case for diversity and inclusion. When international companies have diversity in the boardroom and leadership teams, they start connecting with their customers and shareholders in new ways. The business benefits are incredible. Inclusive leadership is something I live and breathe.”
With a Master’s in International relations and leadership, International Coaching Federation (ICF) qualifications and membership of the European Council for Coaching and Mentoring (EMCC), Claudia backs up her experience with a strong knowledge of the theory and science of leadership. “In CLS we focus on solid, beautiful design and delivery of training. It’s in the DNA of CLS. It’s like walking into a house where everything is well designed and works together. I love designing training to fit the needs of our clients. I can also adapt everything as we go along, to suit a particular group or the group dynamics. That’s the quality of the training we do.”
Claudia is a member of Advisory Board member of WIIS (Women in International Security Policy). She maintains her calm through yoga and let’s her spirit show through singing and flamenco dancing.
