Ludmila has a deep understanding of “multicultural” and “international”. Growing up with the cultures of Paris, London, Moscow and Armenia, Ludmila has developed her strong philosophy and social constructs from around the globe.
Ludmila started in economics, finance and management consulting before moving into change management. “Working with organisations, especially with mergers & acquisitions, I became fascinated by systemic approaches. When we talk about change we are talking about individuals and organisations, communication and structure. When a company experiences change it is always more complex – and interesting – than they expect it to be.”
When you need someone who truly listens, Ludmila is good to talk to. She is qualified and experienced as an executive coach, has a deep understanding of the issues executives in complex organisations face and is genuinely curious. “Coaching is part of a change process, especially at C-level. When the individual starts to think and work differently, the organisation starts to feel it. Leaders drive that change. Executive coaching – robust, challenging, insightful coaching – gives leaders new tools to drive organisational development.”
With a Master’s degree in economics and finance, another in coaching, plus coaching accreditations from ICF & EMCC, and an outstanding business background, Ludmila provides the sounding board needed by some of our most complex, global clients.
When she isn’t working, Ludmila is thinking, playing with her dog and eating. “I am a very bad cook but I love to eat very good food.” After dinner, Ludmila can be found reading and sometimes writing, poetry.
